## What is the price of shipping?

We like to keep things simple: shipping is $7 worldwide, and it's free for orders over $50.

## What is the shipping time?

All orders are in stock and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday through Saturday.

**US & Canada Transit Times:** 8-24 business days

**International Transit Times:**

- UK & Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): 6-12 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- New Zealand: 10-25 business days
- Mexico: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP so we can quickly change it. After an order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.

Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes, especially if living outside of the USA.

Please understand that shipping to some remote locations is not possible. This includes:

**Can I return or exchange an item?**
Yes! You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of receiving it. Whether it's the wrong size, damaged, or you simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help with a refund or exchange!

**What if I don't like my item?**
That's a shame, but we want to fix that. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, meaning if you simply don't like your item, just request a return.

**How do I return something?**
If you would like to return your item, please send an email to [email protected].

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a return address.
You can return your unused items. Preferably items with unopened packaging!
Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund or exchange the item for something else.
For refunds, you can expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days after we’ve received your return.
We pay your refund via credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take 5 business days to reflect on your bank account.
Please notify us of all returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving the goods. This minimizes the chance of lost packages.

**Do I have to pay for shipping on returns?**
Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You can ship your return with a carrier of your choice.
For a smooth experience, we highly recommend using tracked shipping services for returns.

**Can I cancel my order?**
If you accidentally placed an order or simply changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. We will cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
